Code 80004005 when trying to update monthly rollup updates

Windows Server 64-bit 2008 r2 enterprise SP1 machine, have a bunch of CSI Missing Winning Component Key errors showing up. Can install some updates but not the monthly rollup ones. Can't run the SFCFix, because most external sites are blocked on this server. I attached the CBS log files where you can see the errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Code 80004005 when trying to update monthly rollup updates

    Install Update with DISM

    1. Download this update and save to your desktop. The file name will be Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab.zip.
    2. Right-click on this file and select Extract All... Click the Extract button. You can close the folder window that opens
    3. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
    4. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator. Go ahead and allow if you receive the UAC prompt.
    5. Copy and paste the following command into the command prompt window and press enter.

      dism /online /add-package /packagepath:%userprofile%\desktop\Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab\Windows6.1-KB3207752-x64.cab
    6. You should receive the message:
      The operation completed successfully.
Restart Windows to complete this operation. <---You may not get this line.
Do you want to restart the computer now (Y/N)? <---You may not get this line.

Go ahead and do so if prompted. Let me know what errors if any come up. If you do get errors, please zip/attach your CBS.log
If successful, please run SURT again and attach CBS.log.

    FRST Fix
NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system
    1. Download attached file and save it to the Desktop.
Note. It's important that both files, FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work (in this case...the desktop).
    2. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
    3. Press the Fix button just once and wait. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
    4. When finished FRST64 will generate a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please post the contents of it in your reply.
    5. Try updates and attach CBS.log if any fail.
