    Windows 7 Update Failed KB4093118 Error 80073701

    Windows Monthly Quality Rollup fails every month.

    Ran SFC scan with no issues reported

    Step #3 SURT/DISM Scan install freezes after 80% of install completed (KB947821)

    Any help appreciated

    Hello and welcome!

    Please re-run SURT and leave it running overnight. It can take hours and hours to complete.

    Once done, attach CheckSUR.log

    The problem is that I am unable to run SURT as the install (KB947821) freezes after 80% completion.

    Are you sure that it is frozen and not just working in the background?
    If you are, please try executing it from a Clean Boot state:
