That's what my IT person in my home state said to do as well as many of my friends who have had the same issue. I will be traveling again - on the road from April 3rd until April 7th and may not have internet access. April 7th - April 14th I will be in one place. Again, thank you for all your work on this issue. It's pretty frustrating, isn't it!? Jean

When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator 3. With that, she asked me to close this thread with her thanks for your time. Since v.1803 essentially replaces the operating system, I advised her to start a new thread if she has any issues getting updates after the June 12 security updates are released.
