    Run diagnostics and if it finds anything have it fix them. Let me know if it found anything. Easy way to do this is....

    1. Open Microsoft Word.
    2. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Word Options.
    3. Click Resources.


    4. Click Diagnose, click Continue, and then click Start Diagnostics.

    Attempt to manually download and install one more time.

    If it fails, go to Add/Remove programs and then select Office and then Change/Repair and let that go through.

    Microsoft Office Enterprise Office 2007 configuration did not complete successfully.

    I think you will need to uninstall Office 2007 Enterprise again and then re-install it while in a Clean Boot. Instructions to ensure you are in a Clean Boot are below.
