Then I click OK, and it asks me to restart my system, and when I got back in it is still checked.

Click to expand... Yes, it does exist there, when I run the executable there it still has the same problem -- no menu buttons or options at all, and it won't even close with the Windows X, I have to kill the process manually.

Try to install IE 11 but before starting the install execute the following: Farbar Recovery Scan Fix Download FRST or FRST x64 and save it to the Desktop. (Please pick the version that matches your operating system's bit type. If you don't know which version matches your system, try FRST if it say that is not compatible with your OS you have to use FRST64 Highlight the contents of the box below, right click on it and select Copy Start:: unlock: c:\windows\system32\ieframe.dll Move: c:\windows\system32\ieframe.dll c:\windows\system32\ieframe.dll.old end:: Click to expand... Execute FRST/FRST64 right click on the icon and choose Run as Administrator. Make sure all other windows are closed. Press the Fix button just once and Wait The tool will make a log (Fixlog.txt) on the same location as FRST/FRST64 please post it in your next reply. After the fix try to install Internet Explorer 11 and report the result.
