[SOLVED] [10v1607b14393] Update to creators update 1703b15063 redstone2 constantly fails

Message - "Something went wrong". Error code: 0x80070003.
"Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" - fails - error: 3
Dism log shows:

Found the solution here: DISM Error: 3; The directory C:\Windows does not appear to be a valid Windows directory : sysadmin

Check this folder and if there is more than one folder present

C:\Windows\servicing\Version

compare it to this reg key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Version

And move the folder that doesn't match the version number to an alternate location after taking ownership.
