    [7SP1 x64] Can't install update kb4056894 and others.

    Hello!

The main problem I'm looking into is inability to install windows6.1-kb4056894-x64_4ddb21dbf40b3a7c41e17b4bf04242d8b48a5ac3.msu.

This fails via Windows Update and fails when running the above.

Some of the regular installs fail too. For example Acrobat Reader web installer was failing repeatedly but somewhere during my attempt at fixing this I was able to install it by using stand alone installer.

I've tried MS fix it for the Windows Update and the installer, resetting software distribution and catroot2, sfc, SUR, checkdsk...

    WindowsUpdate.diagcab currently gives this:

    Code:
    RootCause: RC_DataStore
    ErrorCode: 0x80070490
    SFC:

    Code:
    sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
SUR complains about KB2952664, KB3210131, KB4014565 and I see cab for the first one in the temp SUR directory but not tho other two and the other two can't be found on the Windows Update Catalog.

    Here's the CBS directrory: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Am632M54hTOxgQZfEH1MHb6RFgb9

    SFCFix gives this:

    Code:
Welcome to SFCFix by niemiro and sysnative.com.

    Checking for updates . . .
No new update is available at this time.

This process will take about ten minutes.

    and then:

    Code:

(I've uninstalled some packages so maybe some dependencies are missing)

    and produces this result:
