It may well be a false positive but the link DataFileHost - Free File Hosting in the "What to do if your CBS logfiles are too large to upload" section here Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions

Re: [Win10Pro x64] DISM Error 193 Possibly Caused By Windows Update KB4054517?

KB4056892 (OS Build 16299.192) finally downloaded automatically and installed via Windows Update along with the usual monthly Adobe Flash, Malicious Software Removal Tool, a few Office 2016 updates and the latest Windows Defender definitions.

Perhaps removing Avast Internet Security was a good move as I see on other forums Avast users are still complaining that they're still not being offered KB4056892 via Windows Updates.

The reboot process for KB4056892 was strange initially showing the default lockscreen for 16299.15 and requiring password twice and two reboots before it finally showed my correct user selected lockscreen.

The latest CBS folder and dism.log are attached below. The CBS folder contains a CBS.log plus CbsPersist_20180109092017.log and CbsPersist_20180109181253.log from earlier today. I'm not sure what the CbsPersist files are or whether they should be there?

I've not tried running DISM yet.

Please let me know what you want me to do next.

This is due to Avast not having the necessary registry key yet. They are working on a fix for the issue. Yes, the CbsPersist logs have to be there. Try DISM now (just one command), and let's see what happens.

    Ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and it's still giving Error 193.

CBS folder and dism.log attached below. I'm not sure the CBS.log is updating after running the DISM command as the contents and time stamps are the same as immediately after initial system boot this morning.

Please follow these instructions once again, but when you download the zip file, please right-click it, go to properties and then check the Unblock checkbox before actually processing the fix.

After the fix has been processed successfully, try dism /online /Get-Drivers again. If that fails, please see step 2.

    Step 2:

Please create a new local account and name it Sysnative or anything else that does not have any spaces in it and sign in with it.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/...-in-windows-10

After logging in, try running dism /online /Get-Drivers again.

Re: [10v1709b16299 x64] DISM Error 193 Possibly Caused By Windows Update KB4054517?

Step 1 After running SFCFix.zip (unblocked) dism /online /Get-Drivers still failed again with Error 193. SFCFix.txt attached below.

Step 2 Created new local account (with Administrator privileges) and ran dism /online /Get-Drivers and this time it completed successfully with no error.

dism /online /Get-Drivers still fails with Error 193 on my normal Windows account.

Then I suggest you create a new one as your current one appears to be corrupt and is causing errors.
