Re: [7SP1HomePre x64] Norton 360 installs. but cannot run

yes, but since my wife bought it and can use on 3 or 5 different devices.......
Had norton from my provider, but I can't get that to work either.

Question: what does the pre-failure and old age meean on the attribute screen of the drive program mean?

Pre-failure means that it hasn't failed yet. Old age is a mystery to me as well. I've seen that reported on new drives as well, so I have no idea, tbh.

Do you have any other security/FW software installed?

Re: [7SP1HomePre x64] Norton 360 installs. but cannot run

Norton power eraser found some things, got rid of them. unable to get Kapersky's file to DL, get network error, just stops.
Tried installing Norton 360, same thing. This time logged onto the Norton site with wifes account and it shows both our computers online and protected,
Guess I need to get support from them.
