[W10Pro x64] Unable to login

Hi,

i hope you can help me...
Yesterday my computer crashed and now iam unable to login. I see the Windows 10 loginscreen but if i press a key or mousebutton the screen is black and comes back.
I can't enter my password so i am unable to start sfcfix.

I have booted from a Win10 USB Drive and delete the old cbs.log (which was 20 MB), start a new scan with 'sfc /scannow' and copy the cbs.log -> see attachment.
sfcfix is not able to run in 'offline-mode' so how i can repair these files?

Also i copied the eventlog and have seen that LogonUi.exe is crashed many times (i think that is the Login-problem)
