[SOLVED] [Win7] April Roll-up (KB4038777) Update fails error code 80004005

I have a customer computer that fails to apply the April roll-up update. I have run SFC which fixed some errors, I have run the update troubleshooter, I have deleted the contents of the Software Distribution download folder and Datastore folder, I have tried to install the standalone update. I tried it with antivirus and firewall turned off. None of these things have worked. I am wondering if there are any other things to try. This is a Windows 7 Home 64 bit Toshiba Laptop.

I all ready returned the computer to the customer. Right now I don't recall what I did to get it working. Thanks for replying, usually with these problems I have to get things done pretty quickly.
