This has been going on for several months. I've tried several fixes in the past, none have worked. The Windows Update Troubleshooter doesn't work either with error 0x80080005. I've tried turning Automatic Updates on and off. Tried manually installing suggested updates from Microsoft. Here is the text from SFCFix and attached is the CBS folder zip file.
