[Win7SP1 x64] SFC /SCANNOW corruptions could not be fixed, need human help

    Hello,

I noticed my PC was crashing when I ran Family Tree Maker 2017 by software MacKiev, and also sometimes from Windows explorer. I booted in safe mode and ran SFC / SCANNOW and it could not repair some corruptions.

I ran AVG Ultimate and not malware was found.

I ran SFC /SCANNOW againt (safe result) then ran SFCfix.

There are still some corruptions. I need help from a human.

The SFCfix text file is attached.

    Thanks in advance.

I noted the CheckSUR.log was dated 6/23/2017 which seemed ODD. I just now reviewed my update history and Windows reports "You have not tried to install any updates for your computer". So I must have a more basic problem.

OK, I have now been able to show an updated CheckSUR.log, which is attached. Would appreciate help on this.

    Step 1:

    1. Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
32-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
64-bit: Downloading Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

    2. Right-click to run the tool as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    3. Note: Ensure that the Addition.txt check box is checked at the bottom of the form within the Optional Scan area.
    4. Press the Scan button.
    5. Please wait for the tool to finish. It will produce two logfiles called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from (which should be the desktop)
    6. Post the logfiles FRST.txt and Addition.txt as attachment in your next reply.

    Step 2:
    Restart the computer.
    Run the SURT tool again.
When finished, post the new logfile C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSur.log as attachment.
