[Win7 x86] KB4012215 the update is not applicable to your computer

Hi Sir / Ma'am,

Good day! we are having problem patching Windows update KB4012215 on our several workstations (32bit and 64bit) PC.

We have download both patches and correct version use for installation but there is problem "update not applicable"

do we have a work around for this issue?
