[Win7SP1 x64] Need help with corrupt files; CBS & SFC t.d.corruption count: 147

After a windows update, or several not sure, I have been having problems with an application not starting properly.

I have run SFCFix and attached the Auto Analysis file.

Can you please take a look at it for me

Added CBS Folder Re: Need help with SFCFix and corrupt files

I have uploaded zipped CBS log folder and it appears to complete uploading, but it does not display for selecting as an attachment.
