[SOLVED] [Win7SP1 x64] KB4019264 & KB4019265 fail: WU error 80070005

As far as I know, this error states that there is a permission problem (access denied)

What I've already tried:

disableing Antivirus Software (Microsoft Security Essentials)
Microsoft fix it
removed and recreated Windows/SoftwareDistribution folder
sfc /scannow, which fails for me too after 31% "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"
running SFCFix.exe with the following output log:

Not using a script file.
