If the list doesn't populate, please zip/attach the CBS.log again. This should reveal the root cause which may be Package_for_KB3004375~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.3.1.mum.

Please click your start button, right-click on the Computer menu item and select Properties as show below. 2. Click on the Advanced system settings link. 3. Click the System Protection tab and then click the Configure button. 4. Click the Delete button. You will be asked to confirm. Click Continue. You will get a message telling you when it's complete. Click Close on the message. Note: If you get any error message trying to create the restore point let me know and don't continue.
