sfc /scannow and how to solve problems without reinstalling

My PC is running fine, for the most part, but have about 104 problems that I would like to solve (fix) without having to reinstall Windows 7. It´s a pain, I know, because I have had to do it just because my PC was even worse about a year ago when I had a virus attack.
Anyway, if there is anyone out there that can decifer my log files and can tell me what I can do, much would be appreciated.
