I've tried to delete all files in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and restart the update but nothing changes, and still stays at 0%. The failed updates show the error code 80246008 View attachment cbs.zip

Sorry for the delay. Please do the following. 1. Download the following update and save to your desktop. The name of the update will be Windows8.1-KB3173424-x64.msu Download Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3173424) from Official Microsoft Download Center 2. Reboot your computer. 3. As soon as your desktop comes up, double click the update that you saved to your desktop in an attempt to install it. Step#1 - Capture Process Monitor Trace 1. Download and run Process Monitor. Leave this running while you perform the next steps. 2. Repeat the steps in Post#2. 3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as the update fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar as shown below. 4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine. 5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log.
