Question Windows Update KB3000850 consistently fails

I have run SFSFix.exe which found corruptions that cannot be fixed automatically.

I would be grateful if you are able to assist with this corruption as described below.

I have for several months had a failed KB3000850 Windows update.
The log results below were done with a clean restart with only Norton Internet Security active (i.e. all other non-Microsoft Services disabled and start up applications disabled) .

I have run (repeatedly) the trouble shooter and get the same message:"Potential Windows Update Database error detected 0x80070490" - Fixed.

I have run "sfc /scannow": (cannot repair results follow)
