Freezes and errors by sfc - not possible to fix it with sffix

I have problems by scanning with sfc - W7 home premium.
There are errors, can not solve by sfcfix. Do not now, whether they are a reason for the problems with freezing of the system by loosing the wifi-connection. But the errors are not a thing i like.
Maybe somebody can help me.
