DISM error, Startmenu and Action Center not working

Hi,

I had some malware in my system and since I have ran some scans, the usual operations are running fine, but the action center and Start menu isnot working.
After doing some detailed research, I believe the problem is with the DISM/SFC ...

Error : 0x800f081f comes up when i run the DISM.exe

also my sfc /scannow CBS.Log contains some Errors.

both logs attached.

Any ideas?
