S Saoghal New member Joined Oct 28, 2016 Posts 3 Oct 28, 2016 #1 So, trying to do the typical SFC /SCANNOW, I encountered the fact that some files were not repaired and DISM is broken as hell. I ended up here learning about SFCfix and I decided to try it. Sadly, whenever I try to run it, it crashes. I don't know what to do, so, here I am !!! Thanks for any response!

zcomputerwiz Windows Update Expert Joined Jan 10, 2015 Posts 5,185 Location USA Nov 3, 2016 #3 Hi there Saoghal, Let's start with the results of the SFC scan: SFC Scan Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each sfc /scannow Wait for this to finish before you continue copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please zip and attach this to your next post.
