[SOLVED] SFC /scannow found corrupt files in the cbs.log

hi ive been getting a few BSOD recently, and as most people do i went online to find a solution, i was lead to do a SFC scan which found corruptions in the cbs.log, im wondering if anyone can help me fix the issue im going to attach my cbs and sfc scan details hopefully that help, also i have already done the DISM Restore health and didn't help.

Looks like it's just the OpenCL.dll file that is being detected.

Once the file has been replaced, let's verify with DISM.

DISM /RestoreHealth Scan

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

Right-click on the Start

button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
When DISM finishes scanning your component store, zip up and attach your CBS log to your next post:

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

If the zip file is larger than 8MB, please use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.

sorry for the trouble, I just sent my computer in to get repaired, hopefully they can fix it, thanks for the reply.
I've got one question about this, can this problem cause my computer to bsod/freeze? or is that something else?

That file is a known false positive that shouldn't cause any problems, so it is very likely that your computer had other unrelated issues that were causing the BSOD and freezing.
