[SOLVED] Sfc /scannow can't fix the problem

Lookin for someone to help me with sfc /scannow, any instructions what should i do. Thanks!
I tried running but it crashes everytime i run it, here is the log:

SFCFix version 3.0.0.0 by niemiro.

Not using a script file.

I didint wanna wait i formatted my drive. Everything is back to normal now...
