I'll try to source the file at work today, if I can't, I'll do it tonight (Windows Update Catalog is blocked at my workplace). Edit: Do you have the preview (Insider) builds enabled on that computer?

Install the Aniversary Update, and then we'll see if the upgrade is still there. To install it, it should show up in your Windows Update after you manually click "Check for update". If it doesn't, let me know.
