i've got an error while trying to Upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10. While doing so, i've got Errorcode 0x80072f8f.
My research endet in trying sfc /scannow with (translated from German) "Windows Researchprotection found damaged Files which cannot be repaired. Details at Log CBS.Log".
Cause of an >400MB Log-File i couldnt check the Log and found your Check-Tool. And later the Tutorial of how to create a new Thread.
Your Tool gave me:

as corrupted File. And because my research for this endet in no solutions, i decided to open a new Thread. I've created a new CBS.Log and rerunned all steps. The Logfile will follow later.
