What I would suggest you do first is to update to the newest build. Please do the following. It will also likely have the effect of fixing your current issues. 1. Download the Media Creation Tool and save this to your desktop. Go ahead and run this as well. Note: Click the Download tool now button when you get to this link. 2. Accept the License Agreement 3. Keep the default Upgrade this PC option and click Next. 4. Let this process complete the upgrade to the newest build and let me know when complete.
