Managed to avoid a Windows 10 drive-by download, but now my mother's PC (to which I am logged in remotely) keeps insisting that I restart it to finish installing updates. Have tried to reset this to no avail. I ran your SFCFix utility and it found no errors. I tried to attach the CBS.zip file I created, but it will not upload to your system because it is 13mg, well over the 7mg size limit. I have therefore saved it in my dropbox folder and shared the link with you here: Dropbox - CBS.zip I also just saw your other instructions re: how to upload a CBS.zip file that is overly large. If you need assistance with an issue, please start a new thread and someone will assist you shortly. Follow the instructions below to download and execute a SFCFix fix, and provide the log. Download SFCFix and move the executable on your Desktop; On your Desktop, right-click and select New, then Text Document.
