The upgrade process will run and hang at 23-24% and then again at 32% once it moves past 32% it quickly fails with the C190011F error. I have searched the net for solutions (I can post the links I have looked and tried) all without success. One of the threads suggested trying SFCfix. I have run SFCfix and uploaded the log file and the CBS directory contents. I also have older CBS.log files if you want to see them. I get an error trying to open the cbs.log file from the cbs directory. I have to copy it someplace else and then I can open it. Thanks for any help, suggestions, etc. Dave Note: the CBS*.cab file appears to be too big to upload. View attachment CBS.log View attachment SFCFix (2016-05-23 12'59'31.546).log

Unfortunately your machine (HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF......SH622UC#ABA) is not tested and verified by HP to be upgradable to Windows 10. There's a chance (especially since it was manufactured prior to August 2013) that it simply can't be upgraded to Windows 10. Please list everything that you have tried so far. Thanks.
