[SOLVED] Problem updating IE 8 on Windows 7 64bit (after manually uninstalling IE 11)

I had a problem with wuauserv using 100% CPU which I seem to have fixed by reseting the windows update components and runing the SURT from Microsoft. Then a few updates installed fine, but "Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7" or something similar was left, either failing or seeming to install and then appearing again.I checked the installed version on IE and it was already 11. I manually uninstalled IE11, thinking that the update didn't install because it already found IE11, and that after this it would install and would be marked as installed somewhere so it won't come back. The update did install, IE11 is marcked as installed in the list of windows components in Control Panel, but the version that starts is IE8. There is also an "Internet explorer 10 for Windows 7" in Windows Update which seems to install when selected, but comes back afterwards. Following is the SFCfix log, I'll upload CBS.zip in a while:

Just in case somebody has the same problem - I solved it by reinstalling windows (start setup from the current instalation and choose update). Then I installed KB3083710 and KB3102810 as suggested here. I than had to reinstall about 220 updates, but now everything works fine.
