Forever saying "restart you computer to finish installing important updates"
I am currtently running Windows 7 SP1 and my Windows Update is forever saying "restart your computer to finish installing important updates" and no matter how many times I restart my computer nothing ever happens. I have been searching for hours through so many different websites and forums following every single different instruction. As well as this in task manager I have a process named "SVCHOST" which is constantly running, using up 50% of my CPU and I have linked this to the service "wuauserv" as my CPU goes back down to around 5% if I right click and stop service.
I have tried running the Windows Update Troubleshooter to no avail, I get the following messages:

I have tried running Windows Update Fixit to no avail
I have also tried running SURT which didn't work either, but I got this log:

Finally I also tried manually downloading and installing KB3050265 which was suggested might work but it didn't appear to do anything either.
