I think I might have met my match with a malware that is not allowing me to complete downloads. I have tried to revert to a previous backup and restore, with errors not allowing me to continue to use the wizard. It wont even allow me to complete a backup or restore. I tried to update to windows 10 using the the mediacreationtool.exe by microsoft. When i finally thought that i had it downloaded and i found away around the errors i get the error code: 0x8009000F - 0x90002. Even if i try to instead of update now and try to save it to a usb (while using the infected computer to download) i get this error. Also I seem to have lost admin privileges to copy the CBS log file that is needed. I saved the log from the SFCFix scan. see attached, hope i can get help to if anything start over. I have an ASUS ux21e running intel i7 4gb ram on 64bit Windows 7.View attachment SFCFix.txt
