Hello,
Given this does not appear to be a hardware-related issue, we are left with a considerable number of corruptions in this specific Windows installation - to put things into context, SFC is reporting over a thousand files as corrupt, which is an abnormally high number.
A repair or fresh install may ultimately be the best/only course of action. Having said that, there may be steps we can take to try and resolve the issue without a repair/fresh install, but there is no guarantee of a successful result.
Please let me know your thoughts on the above, and which route (repair/fresh install vs troubleshooting) you would be interested in taking.
