Tried a DISM cleanup and SFCFIX but they say they can't find the source files. Log below dism.zip :: Free File Hosting - File Dropper: File Host for Mp3, Videos, Music, Documents. Gonna use the media creation tool and give that a shot on it. Probably a pretty handy thing to have at the ready..

Windows really is crap at repairing itself isn't it? I'm doing an in place upgrade instead.. seems to be the only thing that works..
