When I use Windows Update I get the 80070004 error (dt000 when I search it with win update). I have read some posts and I have tried: Install all the updates of Windows 8.1. Try to update to windows 10 using windows update and Windows Media Tool (with admin priviledges). Create new local user with admin privileges. Use the Windows Update Fixing tool (I also have restarted the services manually). Delete the SoftwareDistribution/Download folder. Use a clean boot. SFC /scannow Change the system language. Uninstall the antivirus and disable the Firewall. dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup The logs are: setuperr.log: setuperr - Pastebin.com setupact.log: https://www.mediafire.com/?6wzkbajn9v6cneh Also I have used SFCFix, the log is: SFCFix log - Pastebin.com I don't know if anyone can help me. Thank you very much in advance.
