Unable to update Windows 10

Hi,
I have been unable to update Windows 10. I have looked around and tried to run a /SFC and /DISM and both fail and tell me that my registry is corrupt. I was hoping someone could help me, if this is the wrong forum I apologize.

I'm getting these:

. Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for
x64-based Systems (KB3087040) - Error 0x800703f1

. Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3106932) - Error 0x800703f1
I've tried to do a lot of research on it, and unfortunately haven't been able to come up with anything. I've also ran ADWcleaner, malwarebytes, and CCleaner.
I've also tried starting Windows modules installer

Follow the instructions below to download and execute SFCFix, and provide the log.

Download SFCFix and move the executable on your Desktop;
Right-click on SFCFix.exe and select

Run as Administrator;
Follow the instructions displayed in the console;
On completion, a log will open in Notepad. Copy and paste the content of that log in your next reply;
Note: The log (SFCFix.txt) will be created in the same directory where SFCFix is run if it doesn't open automatically on completion.

But I hope you had a good one! Looks like your COMPONENTS Hive is corrupt, can you upload it for me please?

Retrieving the COMPONENTS Hive
Follow the instructions below to retrieve your COMPONENTS Hive and send me it.

Open your Windows Explorer, and navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\Config folder;
In this folder, find the COMPONENTS file (there's no extension), and copy it to your Desktop;
Note: If you receive an error message saying that the COMPONENTS file is in use, restart your computer and try again. If the error message persist, let me know.
Right-click on it, and select Send to... and choose Compressed (zipped) folder;
Upload the file on Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and post the download URL for it here;

Your COMPONENTS Hive is corrupted, only 8kB of size. This isn't a normal size for a COMPONENTS Hive. Follow the instructions below please.

List Volume Shadow Copies
Follow the instructions below to list all the Volume Shadow copies on your system.

On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select Run as Administrator
On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
Enter the command below and press on Enter

The oldest shadow copy is from 11/16/2015, which gives us a change. Alright, navigate to the C:\Windows\System32 folder, and right-click on the Config Folder. From there, click on the Previous Version tab. Double-click on the oldest version of that folder available to open it. There, locate the COMPONENTS file, and tell me what's the size of it.

There are a total of six folders, but it will only let me access the version
from 11/19/2015. However, this one does have a components file which is
about 44mb.

Awesome :) Alright, copy/paste that COMPONENTS file somewhere easily accessible (like on your Desktop). Once done, follow the instructions below.

Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\config folder;
In it, find the COMPONENTS file and rename it to COMPONENTS_bak;
Note: If you receive a message saying that the file is in use, restart your computer and try again.
Once done, copy the new COMPONENTS file you copied on your Desktop (or somewhere else) in the C:\Windows\System32\config folder;

Good news, I managed to open your Hive in my Windows 7, so your installation can still be saved :) Follow the instructions below please.

Replacing the COMPONENTS Hive
Follow the instructions below to replace the COMPONENTS Hive.

Download the attached COMPONENTS.zip file, and save it on your Desktop;
Right-click on it, and select Extract all.... Once done, the folder with the COMPONENTS file will open. This will be your new COMPONENTS Hive.
Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\config folder;
In it, find the COMPONENTS file and rename it to COMPONENTS_bak;
Note: If you receive a message saying that the file is in use, restart your computer and try again.
Once done, copy the new COMPONENTS file I sent you in the C:\Windows\System32\config folder;
