knowndll bsod (0xc000021a_c000012f) CBS.log is attached

I am getting a knowndll bsod (0xc000021a_c000012f) when booting up. I did a offline sfc and also copied the pending.xml from the drive.
SFC says it clean, but I think the log shows corruptions.

any ideas from the CBS.log?
I see some hash mismatches, but don't know how to fix it

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. If you are having a BSOD issue where you can't boot your machine to your desktop you should start a thread in our BSOD forum first. Once the BSOD issue is resolved, you can come back here and we can ensure there is no corruption that needs taken care of.
