Please manually download KB3085546 from the link below and save to your desktop. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48900 Go ahead and install from the downloaded file. If it fails, please provide the following log by copying it to your desktop and then zipping/attaching. C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.
