[SOLVED] HELP! With Windows 10 DISM error 0x800f081f!

I used a wim source to fix it on one of my laptops using a mounted ISO however it doesn't seem to work with my second laptop. I keep getting error source file message. It's really annoying.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I had managed to repair the system image via a wim source using DISM. When I run sfc/scannow it shows no violations. Please look at the log thank you. Now the issue I have is that it's showing Windows updates are available for download. They download and then it asks me to restart my computer. I never see Windows is working on updates or 'Getting Windows Ready anymore'.

Run Windows Repairs

Download Windows Repair (All-in-One) Portable to your desktop.
Once the file is downloaded, right-click on the file on your desktop and choose Extract All...
Keep the defaults and click the Extract button.
A folder named tweaking.com_windows_repair_aio will be extracted to the desktop. Once the extraction is complete the folder will open.
Inside this folder, there is a folder named Tweaking.com - Windows Repair. Open this folder as well.
Double-click on Repair_Windows.exe to open. Note: Please make sure all of your programs are closed and anything you were working on is saved as we will be rebooting.
When the program opens, click the Reboot to Safe Mode button at the bottom of the screen. Answer Yes to allow.
Once rebooted into Safe Mode, open the program again. When the program opens, click the Repairs tab and click the Open Repairs button.
A backup of your registry will be made. After a few moments you will have many options from which you can choose.
Please click the Unselect All button and then click to enable only the following ones:

14 - Remove Temp Files
17 - Repair Windows Updates
Ensure the Restart check box is selected and click the Start Repairs button in the lower right of the screen. This may take some time to run so be patient.
Once the fixes are complete you will be prompted to restart your machine. Answer Yes.

Once your computer has rebooted, start Windows Update and check for updates. This will take much longer than usual.
If updates are offered, chose one and attempt to install it. If the installation fails, zip and attach C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
