Before my last attempt I ran FSCFix which cleared all of my system file errors. I thought this one's going to work. Wrong, this is the error I'm getting: File:\windows\System32\drivers\jraid.sys Error code: 0xc000035a I've googled this and if I understand this correctly my Gigabyte mother board has a JMicron chip on it that runs the raid 5 system I'm using. My guess is the driver for this chip is working in 7 but maybe not working in 10. That's my best guess anyway. I'm not computer savvy enough to figure this out. Help! Jim

Just curious is this something I could have found on my own or did you have to get this internally? Jim

Gigabyte didn't have a Windows 8.1 compatible driver listed in their downloads section for that motherboard, but I got the chip model from Gigabyte's raid driver description and looked it up on jmicron's website. I'm glad they continued to make newer drivers :)
