Windows Update Error "WindowsUpdate_C0000374" "WindowsUpdate_dt000"

My Windows Update keeps giving me this error when I try to update to Windows 10. It has been giving me this error for a while now. I have run every fixit tool etc that I can find and now I have no idea where to go from here. Please help!

Try installing using the Media Creation Tool here: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help

If it fails, include the error code and C:\Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log and SetupErr.log
