my Upgrade to Windows 10 exits with the 800703 Error, I found threads in the Microsoft Community with similar issues, but no real solutions that helped so far
they said it could happen, because I have Avast installed, so I uninstalled it
I also used sfc /scannow but there were no files with issues, that needed to be fixed
and I also used a fixit to reset windows update (I think that's what it did), it was supposed to reset windows update to make updates show up, that might not have been installed without windows update realising it -> no new updates showed up and the upgrade to win10 still fails
none of the three above helped
an in-place upgrade would be the last thing I want to try

I'm using a Toshiba Laptop: Satellite A660 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
I'm using their win version and did a "clean install" from the recovery partition a few months ago (so I got everything of their bloatware, somehow my Bios didn't want to boot to the Win7 install dvd, so I used the recovery)
anyways my cbs log:

as far as I know I don't have dism (win8), so I cannot provide that log obviously
in the meantime I have installed Avast again, because I didn't want to surf around without an Antivirus Programm
just one thing:
the error occurs pretty much when the progress bar is around 50% while it says "installing" (so shortly after download of the upgrade)
