Having issues completing an update for Win 10

I have been trying to update my OS to Windows 10 for free as per the official notice that I have received from Microsoft, but I keep getting the Error Code 800703F1. Can you guys help me get this issue resolved? I have attached my sfc log from Niemiro's post so that it might perhaps help you diagnose my issue.

Please zip and attach C:\Windows.~bt\sources\panther\SetupAct.log and SetupErr.log
