KB3037574 fails to install (code:80073712)

hi i'm new in the forum :wave:, i have this big problem, my computer cannot install the actualitation KB3037574 it fails when i tried :banghead:, i have tried since april and now with windows 10 update, i'm really frustrated for unable to do anything :s6:, this is the last actualitation that i need, could someone help me please?:s2:

If you would like to upgrade to Windows 10 immediately, download and run the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool here:
Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help
select Upgrade this PC now, and then follow the instructions to finish the upgrade

thanks, but i would like do it installing the actualization, because... my system is not original

mg:, my first hdd died with it :sad:, and some good friend gave me the pirate dvd and crack with w7 premium :shade:, with your method I need the key, that i dont have :sad:, but thanks again and have a good day :wave:

yes, I have a product ID and the respective key, but i have no idea if going to function, what do you think?
