Repair of Corrupt Windows 7 Files

I'm new to this forum. I recently ran a SFC Scan and found two corrupt files. I ran the SFC Scan several times along with SFCfix and neither one of these can repair the corrupt files. I need help in repairing these files. I have attached two text files showing what these files are. Can someone please help me repair the corrupt files without having to do a complete reinstall of Windows 7?
