Your windows installation or recovery medial will provide these files") So, the problem is my pc came with windows 8 already installed and doesn't even have a cd drive. How to proceed now?

Make sure you have a copy of anything important you have on it. Here's the instructions for using Samsung Recovery Solution in Windows: Samsung Recovery Solution If it's missing, sometimes you can boot the recovery partition by pressing F4 immediately after you turn the laptop on.

B Bia Member Joined May 13, 2015 Posts 10 May 18, 2015 #9 I cannot use this f4 thing either, when I try, the screen goes black and then I'm in windows password screen. It's like I don't even had pressed the button. :noidea: I'll try using the Samsung recovery again.
