Problem with view windows updates and Turn windows feature on or off

Friends,

I am having problem with view windows updates is showing blank, and Turn windows feature on or off as blank,
i am having Windows 7 Home Basic, can any one shout out my problem.

Please suggest me solutions.

system information :
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Basic, 64 bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 42 Stepping 7
Processor Count: 4
RAM: 4043 Mb
