SFC /scannow cannot complete

I'm having problems updating a windows 7 laptop to service pack 1 with error code 0x80070003 i have attached the cbs log file incase that helps

Hi You might give this a look if you haven't already been here!
It some times works!
Windows Update error "0x80070002" or "0x80070003"
