I've finally solve that issue by myself
1) Take ownership of the file
2) Copy a healthy same version of the file
3) Ran sfc /scannow result was ok
4) Verifying re run SFCFix, report below

Fortunetaly, I own two laptops running Win7 64 bits, I'dont know if it's working otherwise.
